Immersion Element Hot Water Boilers (IW)

The IW range of Immersion Element Hot Water boilers is available from 12 kW to 936 kW for working pressures up to 10.0 barg (145 psig) dependent on the model specified.
Technical Specification – ES Boiler
Electrical Supply:
3 phase, 4 Wire (415 Volt or 380Volt and frequency 50/60Hz to be specified).
Vessel:
Built to BS5500 and independently inspected by Zurich Insurance. Full certification is issued with completed boilers.
Standard Pressures Models up to IW504:
Working Pressure 10.0 barg (145 psig)
Design Pressure 11.0 barg (160 psig)
Standard Pressures Models IW576 to IW936:
Working Pressure 3.45 barg (50 psig)
Design Pressure 3.80 barg (55 psig)
Optional Extras:
PLC Controller – remote monitoring and diagnostics
High Pressure
