Absolutely Atrocious Customer Service

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I bought an Optimus EK1 gate intercom just over a year ago. The product says that it has a 2 year manufacturers warranty. The unit has just stopped working. The unit is totally dead despite electricity getting to it. I rang Commtel, only to be told that because I was not a registered Commtel installer they couldn't help me. I am a qualified electrician and I fitted the intercom, it has worked perfectly for the past year but now it has stopped working and is totally dead. They are refusing to fulfil their warranty/guarantee, I am appalled by their response. I have lost over £500, Trading Standards will be involved. What a terrible company, I would give no stars if I could.
