FULLY TESTED 2 HOUR FIRE RATED ACCESS PANELS
Ceildoor’s 2 Hour Fire Rated and shaftwall Access Panels have been designed to comply with Thermal Resistance to BS EN ISO 10077-1:2006 (Part J) and by Exova Warringtonfire for Fire Resistance to BS476: part 22: 1987 (Part J) for 120 minutes integrity performance.
This means our Fire Rated Access Panels (including our 1 Hour Fire Rated range) are suitable for use as flue inspection hatches for boilers, gas cookers and open hearths. By installing Ceildoor Fire Rated Access Panels, you can ensure your building complies with Part J Building Regulations which require safe access to concealed heat producing appliances for maintenance.
ADDED PROTECTION
Our 2 Hour Fire Rated Access Panels are made from 1mm zintec steel door shell and 1.2mm zintec steel welded frame. A two layer stepped frame system and metal faced door provides added protection.
The panels are fully polyester coated providing a solid, durable panel that is highly resistant to weather, abrasion, rust and chemical & solvent corrosion.
