12 Post Port Slimline Letterplate

The Slimline ABS letterplate is stylish and ultra slim. The flap opens to 95 and the letterplate comes complete with fixing bolts and compression gasket as standard.

Adjustable telescopic sleeves provide a perfect fit for door thicknesses 40mm 80mm. An internal draught excluding flap seals the letterplate.

Testing:


Water Tightness Test: BS 13724:2013


Results: No leakage at 200 PA Air Pressure or below in accordance with BS5368-3 1978 spray method 2 water spray.


Flap Durability Tests: In accordance with Certificate TS32 to performance in durability and corrosion.

Flap Opening Test: 15,000 exceeded. Resisted forces of between 80-100 Newtons after cycling.

Durability Test: Exposed to neutral salt spray BS EN1670. No corrosion of flap which worked with limits of force specified in test.
