Our range of timber sash window hardware covers both functional and decorative hardware products. Alongside our decorative hardware range, we also supply a wide selection of functional hardware for conventional sash windows. Our functional hardware range offers a comprehensive selection which has been manufactured to improve the functionality of almost any sash window, including spring balances and travel stops for high performance sliding window systems.

For traditional box sash windows, we supply weights and pulleys to ensure a Smooth operation, whilst maintaining a classical operation. Depending on aesthetic and performance requirements, they are available in a wide range of finishes and varieties.

Caldwell also offer both axle and ball bearing type pulleys to suit a range of applications, and can manufacture traditional decorative hardware to create a truly authentic appearance.

Timb-A-Tilt is the complete hardware system from Caldwell which caters for timber vertical Sliding Windows with an integrated tilt back facility.

In addition to pivot bars and pivot shoes (to facilitate the window’s tilting mechanism), the Timb-A-Tilt system incorporates a wide range of hardware to outfit a complete tilting timber sash window. The Timb-A-Tilt range includes a selection of decorative hardware, as well as internal balances, travel stops and weatherseals for total functionality and great aesthetics.
