Slim Line Bespoke Pivot

Alongside Caldwell’s 3000 Pivot series, we are also to supply slim line bespoke pivots for installation in various pivot window systems. The slim line pivot allows the sash to turn as much as 170 degrees into the tilted position, and can offer fabricators and specifiers the highest levels of both aesthetics and performance. Like our other pivots, the slim line bespoke pivot is able to ensure window systems are able to offer security and sufficient ventilation in equal measure.

The slim line bespoke pivot is a unique product in that it can provide discreet aesthetics along with unhindered performance. With a profile just 100mm in length, the slim line bespoke pivot is designed to match the profile lines of the window, so that it is unobtrusive to the frame’s overall aesthetic. To operate the tilting mechanism, it incorporates a 30mm lever which easily disengages to facilitate the rotation of the window into the reversed position, whilst the pivot itself is able to accommodate sashes up to 1800mm in height.

For peace of mind that the pivot is durable and provides the ultimate levels of safety during operation, it is constructed from Aluminium to ensure a stronger, and more consistent product, whilst the pivot’s mechanism has been proven to BS EN 13126-5 British and European safety standards.
