This manufacturer makes some very poor carpets, we are now waiting for John Lewis to fit a new carpet 6 months after ordering the carpet from John Lewis Liverpool. We have decided to move away from Brockway carpets. The senior manager at John Lewis Kathy Cooper can confirm our very poor experience. Avoid Brockway and move to a more established manufacturing organisation.’ John Riley Liverpool.
