LPS 1175 SR3 Extendor Eclipse Grilles

The only grille to hold an LPS1175 (Issue 6) Security Rating 3 certification, the Extendor Eclipse is the strongest and most robust retractable grille on the the market. It is also the only grille approved by CPNI for use by UK government departments and critical national infrastructure (CPNI) which makes the Elite in demand worldwide. As with the Extendor Vulcan security grille, the Eclipse is police approved through the Secured by Design police initiative and has been bomb blast tested.

In bomb blast mitigation tests, the Eclipse grille was successfully tested in conjunction with glass backed with anti-shatter security film, using a 100Kg charge at 20 meters. This is equivalent to ISO 6933:2007 - Glass in buildings Code EXV20(E.) This is classified as a low hazard rating for people inside the building.
