Featuring 30 attractive colourways and designed specifically for care home environments, Birch Carpets have consulted with DSDC (Dementia Services Design Centre), University of Stirling, to ensure that the new Care Tech carpet range is particularly appropriate for use in buildings for people with dementia.

Care Tech is manufactured from polypropylene yarn which provides durability and inherent stain resistance. The 2 ply construction also ensures its appearance retention characteristics are enhanced. The plush dense pile reduces potential resistance to wheeled traffic, and the subtle mottled design helps to keep the carpet looking better for longer. Care Tech is engineered to the highest standards, and features innovative antimicrobial technology and a substantial cushion back which improves comfort and reduces fatigue, impact and noise.
