The living wall at Ashford Designer Outlet is one of the biggest in the country and through Biotecture’s maintenance and attention the wall always looks at its best. While onsite Biotecture’s team always comply with both our safety and standards policies and guidance. And are always available to complete short notice reactive improvements. A new introduction this year was to add information of plants used and benefits to having a living wall, this was designed by Biotecture and received very well by our guests. They also have an excellent remote support service to rectify any issues.

The living wall system itself has proved to be very successful, The hydroponic system works exceptionally enabling good plant growth and health. Living wall maintenance is extremely important to the success of the wall and the first year working alongside the Biotecture team where they were only to happy to educate and pass over their knowledge in readiness for the handover was invaluable to the AELTC team . Overall Biotecture have a very experienced team and was a very pleasurable working relationship during the project and continues to be.

We are really proud to have one of the biggest green walls in London. It was installed in 2017 and looks as good as it did on day one. I'm really happy with maintenance service from Biotecture. The performance guarantee for plant coverage gives us peace of mind, and the team keep it beautifully trimmed to maintain the architect's vision for the building! We are very pleased to have Biotecture as our Green Wall Partner. At concept stage they managed the full process including structural design. The result on install was stunning and Biotecture’s maintenance team continue to keep the green wall looking good. Biotecture installed the Sky Garden green wall when the project was first launched and has been maintaining it ever since. The Wall is an attraction in its own right, extremely popular with visitors for photo opportunities, and always looks in excellent condition. The design and plant selection is attractive and thoughtful; Biotecture maintain very high standards of coverage and have expert staff to cover every aspect of maintenance, from irrigation to planting to pruning. Their work with the wall has been a real asset to the Sky Garden.

I have been Head gardener at Kings Cross virtually the entire time Biotecture’s green wall has been in situ. During this there have been many challenges with the site and the task of maintaining the wall due to environmental and access issues.
