Furniture received fine - very impressed
I took delivery of an aluminium furniture set and was very impressed with the ease of the site, the communication about dispatch updates and the speed it took to get to me. Mark the delivery guy was very helpful in taking boxes through to my garden too. Very pleased with purchase and will be ordering again. Thank you.

Very poor service. Nothing more than a call centre
Very poor. Barriers Direct do not make any of their items they outsource all of the work. We ordered some bake stands, but the incorrect items were delivered. Spoke to a lady who had said the items were dispatched on Friday, it is now Wednesday. After multiple calls to Barriers Direct I have finally been told that the items had not been dispatched until today. This has now had cost implications for our business. Barriers Direct is nothing more than a call centre outsourcing work to various factories/businesses. Very poor indeed
