Colonnade Circular Security Aluminium Downpipe

Colonnade aluminium downpipes are available in circular, square, rectangular and security profiles with either Cast collar, swaged collar or Flush Joint collar joints. There is also a large number of Pressed Hoppers and Cast Hoppers to complete the offer. They are lightweight and easy to fit. Ideal for any property, from modern to traditional and equally suited for refurbishment of Heritage or Listed properties.

All aluminium products supplied by ARP are supplied either in mill finish, ready for on-site decoration, or Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) to any BS or RAL colour on our own advanced finishing plant and every item is inspected prior to shipment to site.

Installation and Jointing

This rainwater pipe system is installed differently to a traditional rainwater pipe, as it is installed from the ground up. This allows the brackets to be encased by the pipe above, creating the “security” element, as there is no visible brackets or space between the wall and pipe to assist in climbing to higher roof levels.

The waterproof seal between the two pipes is created with the use of a low modular sealant, such as Arbosil 1096.

Functional Life Expectancy

ARP qualifies that when installed correctly and maintained in accordance with its product guidelines and O&M procedure, its products are designed to give a minimum effective functional life expectancy of 30 years.
