Airtight Metal Loft Hatch range with 3 insulation options

The first airtight loft hatch of its kind, specifically designed to meet the latest Part L Building Regulations for insulation and airtightness. Independently tested to BS EN 1026:2000 and BS EN 12207:2000, it is airtight under both positive and negative pressures at 50Pa – ensuring excellent performance in modern airtight homes.

With a slim profile that projects just 2mm from the ceiling, the AT35 combines technical performance with a sleek, unobtrusive design. Finished in white (RAL 9010) powder coat, it offers clean lines and a smooth surface, making it one of the neatest loft hatches available.

Insulation Options

AT35 – 60mm XPS foam insulation bonded to the lid (U-value 0.35 W/m²K)
AT25 – 100mm XPS foam insulation bonded to the lid (U-value 0.25 W/m²K)
AT15 – 100mm PIR insulation bonded to the lid (U-value 0.15 W/m²K)

All insulation is factory bonded to eliminate cold spots and improve thermal performance.

Locking Options

Standard: Twist lock with tri-drive lock body (opening key supplied; pole available separately)
Optional: Key lock version (supplied with key; pole not suitable with this option)
