Our joiner recommended this company for our self build roofing. We asked for and received a sample for black plastisol and the order was subsequently made by our joiner who had an account. What we received was anthracite. This company then refused a refund after initially offering an insulting £500 goodwill payment. We're self builders, using inheritance from both sets of parents to build a home. We're now out of pocket to the tune of £5k and we're infuriated by this shambles. Customer service is appalling. We wish we'd stuck with Planwell
