TERROR STOPPER PAS 68 COMPACT BARRIER

The Terror Stopper PAS 68 Compact Barrier is a drop arm Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) barrier. Similar to a standard car park barrier but successfully impact tested to PAS 68 specification.

Hydraulically driven for reliability and strength, the Terror Stopper PAS 68 Compact Barrier successfully stopped a 3.5 tonne N1 vehicle travelling at 30 mph (48 kph) which equates to 311kJ. On impact, the barrier also stopped the vehicle within the aperture.

The hydraulically operated automatic PAS 68 compact barrier comprises of an aluminium boom with the latest perimeter Security technology. Lower folding skirts, also included as standard.

The PAS 68 compact barrier can also be interfaced to any access control systems and has a maximum width of 6 metres.

A HVM V drop arm gate compact barrier system, successfully crash tested and rated to achieve PAS 68 V/3500[N1]/48/90:1.5/0.0.

Designed with a boom height of 865mm and a maximum boom width of 6000mm.

Each compact barrier also supplied with a control cabinet. Manufactured from mild Steel sheet. The aluminium barrier boom and lower folding skirt (supplied as standard) and fitted with the latest technology

The cabinet, also protected by a finish system comprising; de-greasing, shot blasting to clean metal, zinc rich powder prime and polyester powder coat. Boom – Aluminium, Powder Coated, White with red bands although special colours are available.
