APEX RAILINGS

The Apex Security Railings perimeter Fencing system is an attractive vertical bar railing system that is designed and manufactured with no welded parts. Each panel uses vertical bar In-Fills, manufactured from hollow tube that is fixed into place on the horizontal RHS tube.

The distinctive construction is designed with solid joints for each vertical rail and concealed connections between the panels and posts, provides the system with clean lines and no visible fixings.

The Apex railing is also available in an adjustable raking version that is manufactured in the same manner to prevent vertical movement of the in-fills, but designed to allow adjustment so that the panels follow the ground contours of up to 1:4.

Each Apex Railing system is available with heights of between 0.5 metres and 3.0 metres, each vertical bar is manufactured from either 25x25mm Square Tube, 30x30mm Square Tube, Ø25mm Round Tube, or Ø30mm Round Tube. The horizontal rails are either 60x40mm Rectangular Hollow Section, or 50x25mm Rectangular Hollow Section

Each post is manufactured using various Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) posts sizes dependent on the height (see chart below for details), spaced at 2980mm centres, available with either in-ground, bolt down or cranked installation options

The Apex Security Railings panel is fixed to the post using concealed lugs bolted within the horizontal rails are in turn bolted to the posts via hidden fixings.

Matching pedestrian gates are available in either Single leaf 1.2m wide (or width to suit), and Vehicle access gates in double leaf (single leaf vehicle gates available) 3.0m wide (or width to suit). Framed in Rectangular Hollow Section and tubular style railing infills to match the Apex Railing panel fabric, supplied with suitable accessories.
