Healthcare | Vepps Hygen, pre-plumbed panelling (IPS)

A standalone pre-plumbed basin assembly, formed from a single piece of solid grade laminate, specifically for healthcare settings and designed with infection control in mind.

A simple, easy-click wall system with concealed aluminium wall fixing channels, galvanised steel tie back rods and zinc plated steel joggle brackets for a quick yet sturdy, long-lasting installation. All sanitaryware is pre-plumbed and vigorously tested before being delivered.

Detailing:

• Panels - Joint free 13mm compact laminate with post formed corners with hinged recessed access panels, complete with locks and seal.
  
• Sanitary appliances are pre-fixed and sealed to Vepps Hygen units, unless stated otherwise, and rigorously tested.
  
• Panel lock manufactured from stainless steel with a polished finish, with master key.
  
• 160 degree overlay hinge secured to bespoke Zinc plated steel bracket.
  
• Box unit secured using Venesta tie back system incorporating M8 zinc plated tie-back rods and supporting bracketry in zinc plated steel.
  
• Access panels incorporating a 3mm Self Adhesive C211 FR flame Retardant Neoprene sponge seal.
