Slat and Rail

We supply a full range of slat and rail products. A range of rails to construct multiple venetian blind systems and a slat offering that includes hundreds of colours, five widths and different thickness options. In addition to the standard assortment, we have our own rolling mill to produce and supply custom colours, widths and gauges.

The slat and rail products are optimized for production. With standardized controls and quality Checks on every run, the rolling mill ensures total quality control from the raw materials to the finished product. Consistently high quality ensures production scrap can always be kept to a minimum.

Further product features ensure greater production efficiency. Compared to traditional coils, Turnils Aluminium coils have fewer splices that can be handled more efficiently, with minimal scrap, and without the risk of damage to machinery. Protective Film is applied to the rails to reduce the risk of scratching and chipping during packaging and
transit.
