New thin section screed for precast flooring systems

Topflow Screed A is a range of free-flowing flooring screed solution that is both time saving and cost effective to provide a high-quality finish.

The latest addition, Topflow Screed A Finio has been developed as an ultra-thin liquid screed and can be installed at depths down to 20mm in unbonded applications. This delivers a high quality thin section floor without the costly and time-consuming preparation and moisture testing associated with a bonded screed or the manual handling associated with a bagged bagged floor levelling compound.

• Free flowing and self-compacting
• Low shrinkage to minimise the risk of cracking.
