Stylite Roof Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)

Stylite Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and PlusTherm can be used in Structural Insulated Panel Systems to provide the necessary thermal performance. EPS provides excellent adhesion properties, so manufacturers can be guaranteed of a good quality end product. The insulation is sandwiched by two layers of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) & together they provide a durable, strong and load bearing panel.

1. Used in the manufacture of Structural Insulated Roof Panels
2. Excellent cost to performance ratio
3. Easy to bond to EPS
4. High shear strength
5. Thermal conductivity from 0.030 W/mK

Supplied in sheets 2400 x 1200mm and in thicknesses 25-300mm
