This handsome bungalow in Billericay has been renovated using the Selectum Pantile in Rustic Red from Cerámica La Escandella. A large profile clay single pantile, made from the finest clay deposits in the world's largest clay tile factory in Agost, Spain. The Selectum is suitable for very low pitches - as low as 10 degrees depending on rafter length and location. Stocked in various standard colours here in the UK at Stoneleaf Building Materials, it is also available to order in a range of glazed colours including green and blue.

The tiles are made using gypsum moulds to give a smoother texture with no contact points or creases, and are individually supported in H-cassettes during the firing process, ensuring excellent flatness and shape.
