Gone are the days when a simple horizontal outlet was sufficient for parapet drainage. Nowadays, high discharge rates are often a requirement for this type of drainage. The new SitaVasant delivers just that. With its ultra-flat inlet pot, only 48mm high, it only minimally impacts on the thermal insulation. A pre-built inlet pot which forces the drainage dynamics, ensures rapid drainage performance. What is special about the SitaVasant double is that it has an outlet with two separate inlets that function independently from each other. Main drainage and emergency drainage are combined in one outlet and also require only one penetration in the parapet. In the event that the water level on the roof should rise to emergency drainage levels, an emergency drainage channel offset by 35mm in height protects the roof by discharging water into a freely floodable area.
