Building Management System & Software

Using the communication card CM485, a complete heating system, including the controls, may be integrated into a complex Building Management System [BMS]. In this way, various buildings can be centrally controlled, monitored and checked.

If a building management control system already exists, the ThermoControl Plus can be integrated without restrictions. Every commercial building management software [e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Control, Kieback & Peter or Sauter Cumulus] or fire alarm system is supported. As an option, ThermoControl Plus may also be delivered with a Building Management System [BMS] developed in-house by Schwank. This professional application allows the user to easily edit and export all heating parameters as well as to statistically evaluate turn-on and total operating times. Plus - you can also access the BMS via the internet using a secured data channel [VPN].
