Portable anchorage device for use with PPE designed for low frequency operations such as maintenance to plant and equipment on roofs.
Weightanka mobile man anchor has been specifically designed to provide short term safety for low frequency operations where guardrails are not provided, such as for maintenance of Flat Roofs or plant & equipment installed at roof level including air conditioning units, lightning conductors and telecommunications equipment.
The portable deadweight is extremely compact, easy to assemble and weighs only 250kg, with no Single item weighting greater than 25kg.
Suitable for use on all roof surfaces including single-ply membrane, asphalt, concrete, Stone chippings and mineral felt, Weightanka provides fall protection for a single worker and fall restraint for two people when working at least 500mm away from a fall hazard.
Weightanka conforms to EN795 Class E
Used in conjunction with Weightanka , Accessanka is a self-contained portable anchor device for rope access workers. The system provides stable fall protection which remains static, even when arresting the fall of a user and rescuer.
A series of mobile anchors can also be linked using the KeeLine horizontal life line system to create Wireanka a non-penetrative safety line. This provides fall restraint protection for operatives while they travel between each portable anchor and fall arrest once they are disconnected from the life line and connected directly to an individual anchor.
