Background

Millbrook Park Residential Scheme is phase 6 of the wider regeneration scheme in North London. 392 residential apartments in four blocks of up to six storeys each in height, offer a mix of affordable, private-for-sale and shared ownership formats.

The previously depleted 34 hectare plot has been transformed into a modern development served by highly-sought after green courtyards, retail, and commercial spaces.

Located a stones throw from Mill Hill East tube station, the development is ideal for commuters who can get to central London in just 35 minutes.

Our Solution

Millbrook Park was the first project Rotec partnered on with main contractor Bennetts Construction.

Following the successful supply and installation of 51 steel doors throughout the project, Rotec have been appointed on a further 3 central London residential schemes with the contractor: Project Osier, Rome House and Buckle Street.

Working closely with the design manager, our excellent team were able to quickly rectify outstanding design queries and offer detailed solutions throughout the project.

Communication was essential throughout the installation of the steel door package on the 8 buildings to ensure a smooth and timely delivery. While the project suffered from unavoidable delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Rotec were able to promptly adapt and align to new schedules thanks to our extensive manufacturing facilities, in house drawing team and dedicated team of engineers.
