The Roof-Nek upstand facilitates the support of small service pipes and cables with a durable easy access design.Based on the same principle as the PP-3, the Roof-Nek is only available in one size and is suitable for waterproofing small pipe and cable entry points (the internal diameter of the Roof-Nek is 52 mm).. Once installed, the building is immediately water-tight and following M&E trades can fully access the riser by temporarily removing the lid. The vapour seal should be made at deck level.
