The LUXLITE (hinged opening)

Opening rooflight suitable for tiled, Slate, membrane or clad roofing, pitched from 15 to 70 degrees. Comes fully assembled with no separate components, meaning it can be installed in as little as 10 minutes. Available in both portrait and landscape orientation. Triple Glazed as standard, achieving U-values as low as 0.2w/m2k.
The only pitched rooflight system to include a built-in flashing tray, surrounding the unit, creating an extremely reliable weather seal when lapped with your Roof Tiles. This includes a foam edged upturn detail to eliminate acoustic transfer that may occur.
Electronic chain actuators are completely concealed within the unit frame, maintaining the minimal aesthetics. Choose between a rocker switch control or 2 remote controls (one remote with wall holster and one key fob which also includes a rain sensor). Can be opening part way or fully, up to 400mm.
All-Aluminium frame, powder coated to a marine grade standard to withstand the harshest weather conditions. Available in white, black as standard, with the ability to make in any custom RAL colour of your choice.
Glazing unit made with low-e inner pane(s) as standard with 6mm Glass toughened to BS EN 12150. Dedicated drip lip surrounding the unit creates an extremely reliable weather seal with your roof membrane. Larger opening units use a lightweight film in replacement of the centre pane, giving triple glazed efficiency whilst weighing the same as a double glazed unit.

Easy clean glass coating supports self-cleaning of the glass by filling microscopic holes in the glass surface, helping to ensure the rooflight remains clear. Also, a ceramic coated border to the glass prevents UV damage to seals.
Glazing unit is made with Edgetech premium warm edge alpha bar super spacer, which is a flexible, silicone foam spacer that provides maximum in perimeter insulation for sealed glazing units.

Manufactured in the UK by hand to BS EN 1279 parts 2 & 3.
20-year manufacturers unit seal warranty. 10-years on the frame and components. 1 year manufacturers warranty on electrical motors and components.
