Concrete Bollard Caps provide simple, cost-effective finishes for Steel pipe security posts. They avoid open or uneven hand-formed surfaces and reduce the amount of time and labor required for installation. Preformed caps ensure clean and consistent dome profiles—ideal when installed in a series of posts. Concrete bollard caps are made from 5,000 PSI concrete reinforced with microfibers—creating a hard, dense surface that will resist long-term wear. Install caps in new security pipes when pouring internal Concrete Reinforcement—simply press caps into leveled, unset concrete. Caps can be retrofitted into existing security posts by drilling installation holes and setting with adhesive. Install in any 4-inch, schedule 40 steel-security post (4-1/2-inch O.D.).
