Hot Pour R5 - Paving Grade Bitumen - Bitumen Pitch - Compliant with BS EN 12591:2009 & BS 594987
Hot Pour R5 Pen Bitumen, commonly referred to as 'bitumen pitch' or 'hot tar', is a premium CE-marked paving-grade bitumen designed for robust joint sealing and road repair applications. Fully compliant with BS 594987, it provides outstanding adhesion, flexibility, and water resistance. Perfect for sealing vertical joints, kerbs, and utility reinstatements, Hot Pour R5 ensures durable, watertight joints that withstand traffic stress and harsh weather conditions. For optimal results, the product must be heated to a maximum of 200°C, with proper PPE (face visor, gauntlet gloves, and overalls) worn during application.
