Dear Sir/Madam, I have encountered a great deal of hassle due to unavailability of "U1157" which has been discontinued to be supplied by Quick Step. Although I checked many flooring shops in my state and also contacted shops in other states, I could not find this product. That made me to write a request to you to see whether to your supply chain you could help me in this regard. But in return, I just received a simple response saying "The product is discontinued." which I already knew. I hope this explains why I chose "Poor" in my review. Best regards, Sam Nazarian
