ThermoSilicone topcoat render

ThermoSilicone® Top Coat Render is a high-performance, through-coloured, thin-coat silicone finishing render designed as the final protective and decorative layer within breathable render systems, including those incorporating ProofShield ProofTherm® insulating basecoats.

Formulated with a silicone–mineral binder and ceramic microsphere technology, the render provides a hydrophobic yet vapour-permeable finish, allowing effective moisture diffusion while delivering robust resistance to driving rain and environmental exposure. Its flexible composition helps accommodate minor substrate movement, reducing the risk of cracking and enhancing long-term façade durability.

Applied at approximately 1.5 mm thickness, ThermoSilicone is supplied as a ready-mixed paste for efficient on-site application and consistent finish quality. The material is through-coloured, eliminating the need for painting and reducing maintenance over the building lifecycle.

Suitable for use on external wall insulation systems, retrofit projects, and solid wall constructions, ThermoSilicone supports thermally efficient, breathable wall build-ups, making it particularly appropriate for refurbishment and conservation-led schemes where moisture management is critical.
