Limestone Tiles

This calcareous sedimentary rock is formed when seashells are lithified. As a result, it tends to form in the warm shallow seas of tropical regions and in places with little detritus.
Generally, it comes in pale colours, although small quantities of mineral substances found in clay, hematite or quartz can alter the colour.
Thanks to its porosity and high resistance to weathering, it can be used as a building material or for making sculptures.
L Antic Colonial offers an extensive choice of limestone, ranging from Calgary Bioprot s white shades, Quebec and Grey Aged s differing greys, Vancouver Bioprot and Burkhara Bioprot s creamy colours and Sahara Bioprot s yellow to its dark, almost black Bostwana Bioprot model. All of them come in a Classico or Anticato finish in a choice of different formats.
