XtraFlex System

XtraFlex is a based on Polyroof s tried and tested Protec technology and adapted with enhanced flexibility, making it ideal for the coating of industrial gutters and other high-expansion applications.

The RapidCure technology utilizes catalyst, accelerators and inhibitors allowing full control over cure times across a wide range of temperatures all year round. The seamless Xtraflex membrane can be applied directly to virtually all metal surfaces, concrete finlock gutters and a range of other industrial roof or gutter surfaces. It is impervious to standing water, making it ideal for areas that may hold standing water. XtraFlex is supported by Polyroof s Approved System Guarantees for up to 20 years.
