The Timber is kiln dried both before and after it has been pressure treated. This process pre-shrinks the timber, thereby providing stability and resistance to the movement typical of wet timber. It also allows the timber to be stained or finished immediately after installation. Treatment is to a preservative retention level of 0.4lbs/ft_, ensuring that all decking boards are weatherproof, capable of resisting insect attack and suitable for contact with both ground and water.

Durapine Grade 1 Southern Yellow Pine.
