Compac Basalt is a light grey stone made out of pure marble crystals crushed and blended with resins and pigments that result in a technological marble surface with superior performance characteristics than those of natural marble, without loosing the unique look of stone.
Compac Basalt features very fine dark speckles randomly scattered through a light grey marble backdrop that is extremely versatile in applications such as flooring, wall cladding, facades, fireplace surrounds, stairs and step amongst it many uses. In commercial properties its uses can be extended to, friezes, door and window frames, columns, furniture and high footfall areas in retail outlets, shopping centres, museums, bars, restaurants and hotels.
Compac Basalt comes in standard slabs with dimensions 3000x1230mm and thicknesses in 20mm and 30mm which allow for multidimensional stone applications in vanity tops, bathrooms, table tops, to name a few.
