A unique, beautifully coloured Sandstone from the Millstone Grit Series of the Carboniferous Age. Quarried from Halldale Quarry, Darley Dale. This Derbyshire sandstone has a heritage dating back to 1910.
Halldale varies in texture from fine to course grained with a colour range from pink to buff with brown speckles. Predominantly specified as Ashlar cladding the distinctive veining within Halldale provides a unique opportunity to enhance the architectural design of prestigious specification projects.
