Opening Rooflights

Opening Rooflights for ventilation are precision-engineered, with only top quality motors fitted to provide years of reliable use. The thermally broken aluminium frame reduces the risk of condensation, we also recommend purchasing the optional control panel with integral thermostat and rain sensor that will close the open roof window automatically during a shower. Non-standard sizes are available up to approx. 3 SqM subject to width/length ratio and a range of glass options include blue, grey or neutral solar control, man-safe non-fragile rooflights or satin privacy glass for when skylights are overlooked. Quick to install, a clear wiring diagram ensures easy electrical connection.

Opening rooflights are different from access rooflights, as they only open enough to allow ventilation and temperature control, rather than allowing people and large objects to be moved through the wider opening of an access rooflight. Get an opening rooflight if you want a luxury rooflight but have no need to use it for roof access.

If the height above floor level exceeds 5M, please contact our Technical Department as glass specification likely will need to be upgraded inorder to comply with Building Regulations.
