Hartburn Walk is the first Rent to Buy home scheme located in Newcastle. This specialist accommodation comprises 25 units, allowing residents with support needs access to on-site support whilst also offering greater levels of independence within their own individual space.

Langley Design worked alongside One Landscapes to manufacture a variety of street furniture products for the properties communal garden. Our Sheldon timber seats (SST312) perfectly complemented the landscaped courtyard spaces whilst offering the residents an area to socialise with the other occupants. We also manufactured timber planters (SPL305) in various sizes to fit the site specific requirements of the garden. To complete the external works we supplied an attractive hardwood timber Sheldon Pergola (SPG300), which extended in length to make use the spacious grounds available. Using our range of Street Furniture solutions and extensive experience within the market we were able to provide a relaxing and peaceful space for the residents to enjoy and go about their daily activities.
