Benton Park School, Leeds

Benton Park School is a brand new three-storey facility for the already successful and thriving school, located in the leafy Rawdon suburb of Leeds. BAM Construction lead the build programme which utilised the existing playing fields for the new school structure, allowing the site to remain operational for pupils through the construction. In addition to the new teaching facilities the school benefitted from a new full size 3G Artificial Grass Pitch for communal use, an open sided courtyard to the entrance, and outdoor terrace & SEN gardens planted to provide calming spaces for the schools occupants.

Langley Design provided our popular Sheldon SPG326 Canopy to the external dining space to provide cover for the students whilst eating or to simply socialise during their breaks. Offering a large clear span covered area of 36m2 (and up to 64m2) the SPG326 features a Non Fragile polycarbonate roofing system, which not only offers clean and modern lines but also is available in a range of eye catching colours that can be used to add a touch of brightness to a scheme or co-ordinate with the projects site specific palette. With our durable Class 4 Treated Redwood timbers and a galvanised & powder coated finish to the steel elements our Sheldon canopies offer a long lasted and attractive solution to many environments. Available in a range of sizes all our structures are designed with full wind and snow loadings and are manufactured in our Production Facility in Wiltshire, for delivery and installation throughout the UK by our fully qualified and experienced site teams.
