Climbing and sliding are eternally popular with school age children. This dense play unit offers three variations of climbing: a wide masked net for the heavy, big movement climbing also allowing for a seated break with friends - a sturdy, steel rung ladder and an accessible, roomy stairway that also allows room for a break on the way up. The award for all the climbing is the stomach- tickling slide back to the ground. Back on the ground a nice seat invites a break under the platform.
Apart from being great fun, climbing and sliding also support fundamental motor skills of the child: the sense of space, the cross-body coordination and the sense of balance.
