Shade Sail Structures & Canopies

As one of the leading manufacturers of Tensile Fabric Structures we also provide All Weather Shade Sails and Canopies. Such sails are ideal for school playgrounds and yards, residential properties, commercial properties as well as parks.

Our Shade Sails are made from European produced high tenacity PVC. PVC is 650 gsm and U.V Stabilised, mould inhibited, Acrylic lacquered and more importantly flame retardant to British Standards 7837 as well as many other international standards.

We also offer colours from our Premium range of 680 gsm, and an Opaque quality for block-out requirements.

Our durable shade sails come with a 5 year warranty as standard which is unique to J & J Carter Ltd. All of our shade sail PVC can be digitally branded to suit your project.

All sails are finished with a continuous perimeter catenary polyester webbing. Stainless Steel Delta 'D' rings are fitted at each attachment corner. The Catenary webbing is also protected in a PVC sleeve the same colour as the sail. Connection to your supporting framework is normally by using a stainless steel Toggle & Fork Turnbuckle.
