With this handle, distinguished industrial designer Kenneth Grange has tackled a particular and serious mental health problem, while retaining his commitment to the best, most beautiful and functional design. The antiligature handle has been designed for applications where people who are mentally unwell may attempt suicide at times when they are not fully supervised handle. The antiligature handle cannot be used as a fixing point for self-strangulation or hanging. Its simple, elegant form removes any medical connotations however, serving as a beautiful piece of design for use in a challenging environment. Like all Iz luxury handles, it is available in all the Iz finishes.
