Aquatap - Boiling and Chilled

Like all Heatrae Sadia products, the Aquatap is designed for easy installation. The heater unit is floor standing and with no Brackets required, it's a simple 'plug and play' tap connection. Maintenance costs are kept to a minimum through smart design and common sense. An integral scale inhibitor reduces the rate of scale deposition in hard water areas, and the option to choose a filter system means that in areas where water is considered of good standard, no filter is required. For the chilled water option, Aquatap uses our tried and tested SuperChill technology. Unlike many other mixed and boiling and chilled water appliances the chilled water unit can be serviced separately. Intelliboil™Plus is our patented hot water management system that controls the boiling cycle for improved efficiency. It regularly brings the water to boil in response to usage, but if no water is drawn off for over an hour it reduces the maximum stored water temperature from 100ºC to 90ºC. This saves electricity until the Aquatap is used again - perhaps the next day or after a weekend - at which time the normal boiling cycle automatically resumes.
