PAS68 Roadblocker

Our PAS68 Roadblockers are the perfect solution for security installations where a high profile deterrent is required and have been tested to stop a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 80 kph (50 mph).
Due to Heald s world leading design and manufacturing, all of our roadblocker models continue to function following impact, ensuring ongoing protection and access for emergency services vehicles. The design of the PAS68 Roadblockers sacrificial front radius plate ensures protection of your site after impact.
Our security roadblockers are available in two heights to create an imposing barrier. When fully raised, they stand at 880 mm or 1165 mm above the ground, depending on which model you choose. The PAS68 Roadblockers come finished in bright yellow and black Stripes for high visibility, alternative colours are available.
Due to its high-security nature, the Road Blocker requires an installation depth of 1180 mm 1500 mm. Its unique design, however, means that no pre-cast pit or additional Rebar is required, ensuring that installation is as simple and efficient as possible.
The Road Blocker will also require the installation of a control cabinet, detection loops and ducting to allow the unit to function and communicate. Our fitters will ensure that everything is installed both to our extremely high standards and to your satisfaction.
