Speedor Easy Clean Door

Speedor Easyclean is an energy saving high speed door designed for high traffic situations and ease of cleaning. Built as standard in polyester powder coated steel and with an option to be built using stainless steel components it has been designed with easy access to clean all areas of the door frame system and uses a minimum of IP65 electrical components. This in turn enables food and pharmaceutical industries to conform to rigorous hygiene requirements where required. Speedor Easyclean has been designed for door openings to a maximum of 4m x 4m as standard and is capable of many thousands operations every week, year after year. Anti-bacterial PVC (with Triclosan ingredients) - inhibits the growth of bacteria & reduces the risk of cross contamination and provides an additional line of defence in your cleaning & sanitation process. 25mm neoprene draught blade seal, which has continuous contact to the door curtain providing a good seal. Sleek bottom rail design, incorporates all sloping edges to further reduce potential hygiene risk areas. Suitable for door openings up to 4m x 4m. Side frame construction to allow easy access for cleaning. Sloping edges reduce collection of dirt and reduce risk pooling of cleaning fluids. Safety pressure edge which automatically stops and reverses the door if contacted during operation. Safety photo-cell which automatically stops and reverses the door if contacted during operation.
