The Barge Classroom can be used as an effective early years outdoor learning space as well as for imaginative play.
As well as being an Outdoor Classroom, early years children use it at playtime for creating a den, a house or a base for exploration & discovery; with the use of some blue surfacing you can even create your own virtual canal the perfect way to encourage imaginative play in your school playground.
The Barge Classroom was intially a bespoke design created whilst working with children in a Midlands school who were looking at transport throughout the ages.
Timber is pressure treated redwood, FSC certified.
