Innovation is only possible thanks to Hadley Group's in-house technology centre where we prototype and rigorously test every facet of a product's performance. Our innate expertise in the properties and potential of cold rolled metal sections and profiles is tested on our rigs to ensure the theory is met by the practice. Only then can we guarantee the structural properties of every section and profile we manufacture.
Over the past 8 years, Hadley engineers have developed and refined HADLEY UltraBEAM , the industry standard value engineered product for mezzanine flooring, into HADLEY UltraBEAM 2 - an even better solution:

Finite Element Analysis

HADLEY UltraBEAM 2 has also been developed using Hadley Group's finite element analysis which utilises computer simulation to divide complex problems into small elements. For HADLEY UltraBEAM 2 it provided detailed insights into the product's critical design parameters. We conducted sophisticated structural stress analysis, both internal to the beam and under load.
