Recycled Plastic plank with Smooth surface on the underside and rough surface on the top surface. The rough surface helf to improve slip resistance, and also improves the appearance of the plank, giving it a rough, woodlike texture. Originally designed as a decking plank, we also use it widely as a bearer in our platforms and boardwalks. It is also excellent for use in general garden and landscape construction, raised Beds, furniture, signage, extra heavy duty Edging boards, Fencing rails etc.
If being used as a decking plank we recommend spacing the bearers at a maximum of 50cm centres.
If being used as a bearer we recommend a span of less than 1.5m.
The ends of this this product are supplied trimmed square.
