Introduction to Anti-Flood Air Brick

The Fernco Anti-Flood Air Brick is a straight replacement for a standard clay or plastic air brick. This innovative product seamlessly integrates into properties, providing a robust barrier against floodwater while maintaining essential airflow.

Inside the Fernco Anti-Flood Air Brick is an innovative self-seal floating valve which automatically seals the vent during a flood event. The valves are lifted by rising water, creating a watertight seal.

The valve will re-open once the water has receded, allowing ventilation to the sub-floor of the building once again. The Anti-Flood Air Brick is a passive flood protection product, which means no manual intervention is required to prevent the property from flooding.

Suitable for both old and new build properties, including listed buildings. The Anti-Flood Air Brick has been thoroughly tested and checked and is BSI Kitemark licensed product, ensuring top-tier reliability and effectiveness. Fully compliant with British Standard BS493:1995 to provide essential air flow under floor voids and in wall cavities.
