eChilly Range - Process Water Coolers

Popular range of low cost packaged water chillers with cooling capacities ranging from 0.5kW to 6.8kW whilst operating in ambients up to 42°C.

Compact in size, they are designed to fit below or on top of a bench and emit a noise level of only 65 to 70db’A’ at one meter distance. Smaller models measure just 460mm x 475mm x 355mm high and larger units 760mm x 635mm x 500mm high.

Standard Specifications:

As standard the process water coolers water system is totally non-ferrous and includes a large capacity holding tank ensuring stable temperature conditions even during low process loads, water level indicator and high pressure pump with valved bypass for motor protection.

The refrigeration circuit being engineered to the highest standards incorporates a high efficiency hermetic compressor operating on refrigerant R407C or R410A, a coaxial evaporator which is fully immersed into holding tank and high efficiency micro channel condensers fitted with metal mesh Air Filters.

Temperature control is via easily programmed electronic digital controller with three digit display.
The process water coolers electrical controls are IP44 in compliance with CE-Standard ISO9001 and EN60204 and are integral to the housing, incorporating electrical on/off mains isolator and transformer.

Units are Single phase as standard, however three phase supply is available on larger models.
Standard controls include water level indicator, common fault alarm and pump bypass protection.
